How should I prepare the property?
Open blinds and turn on all lights, clear counters and walkways, put away personal items, secure pets and unlock every room you want included. We send a full checklist before your appointment.
How long does the scan take?
Most homes take 1½ to 4 hours on site, depending on size and layout.
When will I receive the tour?
Usually within 2 business days of the scan. Floor plans can take up to 2 extra business days.
How long is the tour hosted?
6 months from delivery. We'll email you two weeks before it ends, and you can ask to extend it.
How accurate are floor plans and dimensions?
They are generated from the 3D scan and are approximate, for marketing. They are not verified measurements, ANSI-compliant reports or certified Gross Living Area. Need verified measurements? Ask us.
How is travel calculated?
By driving distance from Huntsville and back: first 30 round-trip km free, then $0.65/km. It's itemized on your invoice.
How do I pay?
After you book, we email an itemized invoice (travel and HST included) that you can pay by Interac e-Transfer (details are on the invoice). Payment is due before your scan date.
Can I reschedule?
Yes. Use the link in your confirmation email, free of charge up to 48 hours before your appointment.
How do I share the tour?
You get a direct link that works on phones, computers and VR headsets, plus embed code for your website. Many listing sites accept Matterport links directly.
